As being new to the area, I was looking for a Dr who could take care of my numerous spinal issues. Right from the start my experience has been extremely positive.From interactions with the front office staff at both Clermont and Davenport to the PAs assistance all have been great. Appointments have been on time with little to no waiting. Dr. Placer is easy to talk with takes his time and targets on the issues. He performed an epidural injection with speed, precision and minimal pain resulting in relief. I have found my new pain reliever.

My knee surgeon referred me to Dr Placer to address long- standing issues in my lower back. Dr Placer suggested an epidural that worked immediately. Oh what a feeling after living in pain for several years. The first hero on staff, Antoinette Edward’s made the epidural and subsequently my knee operation possible. Initially, I couldn’t get an appointment until well after my knee operation was scheduled. Antoinette we through the appointment book and found a cancellation that made the epidural and knee operation possible. A big thanks to Antoinette!

I’ve been going to the JAVIER PLACER, Claremont office for about 6 to 8 months. I usually see Mike Bailey. And also deal with Melissa R.. They are great always answers my call very polite professional. When I go into the office you cannot ask a better medical team for pain management. They Listens to you talk to you as a person not just as a patient. They tries to address all your needs in a very professional manner. So if you’re looking for a pain management doctor or going to rehab, I would highly highly recommend them .

The Dr’s techs and entire staff are second to none. They take time to take details of these ongoing pain issues and diligent about uncovering prior treatments. They truly look at past tests and ask questions about how things worked out in long runCurrently I am in the first phase of treatment regime if these don’t work they have many other options to try. Rome was not built in a day so the journey may not work the first time and they will be right by your side to figure out what does work. Even with lot’s of pain I believe in the end you will be helped one way or another. Have faith

Went to see Dr. Placer for my first appointment today and WOW!!!! He is so nice and really spent time to get to know me and what I’m going through. I wish I could remember the names of the women that I spoke with before seeing him because they were amazing as well!! Both women at the reception desk were extremely welcoming and friendly and the WONDERFUL nurse was so incredibly personable. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out I was treated with the utmost respect. Dr. Placer really took the time to explain things to me and make a plan of how to proceed. 100% would recommend this practice to everyone.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Placer for 8 years. The front desk staff is very kind and always remembers my name & my nurses are amazing. In particular “Gaby” on the front desk always greets you with a smile & is very encouraging, patient, helpful & kind. Dr. Placer along with the other physicians and assistants as always are excellent care givers. Everyone has an outstanding impact on the entire patient experience. Rivera, Dr. Placer, and staff; Edwin, Gaby and Melissa Exemplify The quality in care that you would hope to receive for either you self or loved ones. The level of care and patience I have received since i been under their care has been second to none. I have been under Pain Management for over 9 years and have gone to several different treatment facilities and none have exhibit the quality care that they provide. With communication and service they make everyone one of their patience a priority. I could go on for days on how much they have help me to maintain a level of life quality that both my family and I are deeply appreciative for. We are grateful to have the support of everyone of these amazing people throughout this sometimes difficult journey and wouldn’t change it for the world.

I have been a patient of Dr. Placer for 7 years. Saw him at his previous location and now his present location. He is an awesome doctor. He is caring, communicative and helpful. He has an excellent system for prescription refills that I wish all offices used. His office is comfortable and his entire staff is patient, friendly, helpful and caring.
