The doctor was wonderful the assistant was great,the only problem I had is information is received when I called the day prior to my procedure. The nice kind women I spoke to who scheduled my procedure said that if I wanted to be seddaited that it would cost 100.00 because I told her I have bad anxiety,when I called to make sure and their was only one number for all three officers asked again will I be seddaited, she said yes they would give melaughing gas and I would be put to sleep with a mask and would be woken up once procedure was over,not what happened paid the 100.00 then was told by the assistant that they only do that at the office in Davenport. So I wished that I was told that before I made my appointment there because I would have went to Davenport. Was not expecting to feel all the pain. Maybe the front end can communicate better with the other offices on what office does what. Overall it was a good experience

From the minute I walked into the office of the Florida Spine & Pain Institute, I was amazed at all the employees. Starting with Janiella and Ana at the front desk, they immediately took care of me and were very personable and welcoming. The whole ambiance of the office including the valentine’s decorations were in very good taste.I believe my nurse/tech (Maria or Marie), was exceptionally sweet and totally made me relax as I was having a nerve study which is not the most pleasant thing. Dr Ruben Rivera was also very professional and took care of everything I needed!! The whole experience was amazing. I would recommend this practice to anyone who has spinal / nerve injury.
